Offices are full of people who want to get fit but haven't joined a gym. A corporate PT package removes every barrier: you come to them (or offer sessions near their office), the company subsidises the cost, and they train with colleagues which keeps them accountable.

Target businesses with 15-50 employees. Big enough that a group session makes sense, small enough that you're dealing with the owner or office manager directly.

What to Offer

Don't offer "personal training sessions." Offer a corporate wellness programme.

Lunchtime fitness sessions (30 minutes, no equipment needed, in their meeting room or car park). A 6-week corporate fitness challenge. Weekly group PT sessions at a discounted corporate rate. Desk-based mobility and posture workshops.

These feel like business investments, not personal expenses. The company pays, you get a group of clients from a single email.

Writing the Email

"Hi, I'm a personal trainer based 5 minutes from your office in [location]. I run corporate fitness sessions for local businesses — 30-minute lunchtime workouts, no equipment needed, at your premises. A few offices near you have started doing this and their teams love it. Would it be worth a quick chat about setting up a trial session for [business_name]?"

Specific, local, easy to say yes to. The trial session is free, which removes risk.

Finding Offices Near You

Search Google Maps for businesses within walking distance of where you train. Focus on offices: accountants, agencies, tech companies, recruitment firms, solicitors. Every one is a potential corporate client.
