LeadSnipe ("we", "our", "us") is a lead generation platform operated by AeroMedia. We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@leadsnipe.co.uk.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (securely hashed). When you use the platform, we store the leads you save, emails you generate, and your usage data (searches performed, emails sent). We also collect basic analytics data such as pages visited and browser type via Vercel Analytics.
We use your data to provide and improve the LeadSnipe service, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts), and monitor usage to prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Google Places API (business data retrieval), and Hunter.io (email enrichment). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
LeadSnipe retrieves publicly available business information from Google Maps, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and review counts. This data is publicly accessible and we do not scrape private or non-public information.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Leads and emails you have saved will be permanently deleted.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at jay@leadsnipe.co.uk.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services such as Vercel may set their own functional cookies.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
