By accessing or using LeadSnipe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by AeroMedia ("we", "our", "us"), based in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.
LeadSnipe is a lead generation platform that allows users to search for publicly available business information via Google Maps, find email addresses associated with business websites, generate AI-powered cold outreach emails, and send those emails directly. We provide tools — how you use them is your responsibility.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity per account — sharing accounts is not permitted.
You agree to use LeadSnipe in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and CAN-SPAM (if emailing US recipients). You must not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk spam, harass or threaten recipients, misrepresent your identity, scrape data for resale without adding value, or violate any applicable anti-spam or data protection laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Cold outreach emails sent through LeadSnipe must comply with applicable regulations. For UK recipients, you must have a legitimate interest basis under GDPR. All emails must include your real identity and business name, a valid physical address, a clear way for recipients to opt out, and must honour opt-out requests promptly. You are solely responsible for ensuring your emails comply with all applicable laws.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@leadsnipe.co.uk for billing queries. Usage limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
Business data retrieved from Google Maps and email addresses from Hunter.io are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this data. Email addresses found via enrichment may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify before sending.
LeadSnipe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
The LeadSnipe name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Content you create (saved leads, generated emails) belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@leadsnipe.co.uk. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
